A Little Pause in Life: Health Over Wealth

We live in a world where success is often measured by numbers—salary figures, bank balances, investments, and assets. We chase deadlines, promotions, and business goals, believing that wealth is the key to happiness. But in this relentless pursuit, we often overlook the most valuable asset we have—our health.

The Irony of Life

Think about it. We work long hours, sacrifice sleep, skip meals, and put off doctor’s visits because we’re “too busy.” We tell ourselves, “I’ll focus on my health once I’m financially stable.” But what happens when wealth comes at the cost of our well-being?

A successful career means little if you don’t have the energy to enjoy it. A luxury car is useless if you’re too unwell to drive it. A big house feels empty if you're confined to a bed inside it.

The True Meaning of Wealth

Real wealth isn’t just about money; it’s about being able to live fully. It’s the ability to wake up feeling energetic, enjoy time with family, take a walk without pain, and have a peaceful mind.

What good is financial success if stress, fatigue, and illness become your constant companions? True wealth is a healthy body, a peaceful mind, and the time to enjoy life’s little moments.

A Simple Shift in Priorities

It doesn’t take much to take care of yourself, yet it makes all the difference. Here’s a little reminder to:

Move Your Body – Exercise isn’t about looking good; it’s about feeling good. A daily walk or stretch can do wonders.

Eat Well – No amount of wealth can replace a healthy gut and a strong immune system. Nourish your body, and it will take care of you.

Sleep Enough – Late nights and early mornings may boost your career, but they drain your health. Prioritize rest.

Breathe and Pause – Life isn’t a race. Take moments to relax, spend time with loved ones, and appreciate where you are right now.

Balance is the Key

Money is important, but not at the cost of your health. Chase your dreams, build your wealth, but don’t forget to pause, breathe, and take care of yourself. After all, the best investment you’ll ever make is in yourself.

So today, take a little pause. Your body, mind, and future self will thank you for it. ❤️

The Era of Smart TV & Phones and dumb People .

I t was not the first tie when I was ditched by the network  while I was looking for way to reach the office and the wise old man around me helped with the route to get me there without even giving a little stress over it. The same thing happened to me when I was travelling and wanted to know the list of stations where the train is going to stop but again this sweet innocent love of my life was out of network so I the ray of hope was old couple sitting next to me .These small incidences force me to think about how Technology has overtaken the power of our brain. I still remember when i was a high school kid and Mobile Phone was the newly invented craze and at that time I use to remember all the contact numbers of my near and dear once so that I can call them and gradually when this device was developed further with better storage and all the contacts was saved in the phone now i hardly remember any contact numbers. The exercise or the work which we use to do with our brain has take...

"He is lucky" exclaimed anirudh, having a healthy conversation just after the results were declared. Anirudh stated that arnab always get better marks then him because of his luck. I and arnab study the same thing , take the same tuitions and the solve the same test papers but every time he gets a huge lead .This is a routine cry of anirudh supporting his failure to take over arnab. Often we came across these type of situations . Sometimes we are the part of this conversations , sometimes we just listen, but the one thing you will observe during these chats is that if you are the part of the conversation then you might believe that "Anirudh is right" keeping yourself in his position but as soon as you are the other part of the story .ie "Arnab to the story" you feel Irritated because you worked really hard to compete and after winning all the credit is going to your luck! isn't it? This was just  a normal incidence I thought of sharing .I was just goin...

The word of mouth

We often heard in life that “The pen is mightier than the sword”. Yes, this is true but we never wonder about the authenticity of the work written by the pen. That’s simply because we were never taught to question the same. Today I just had this argument with myself after watching the movie Baar baar Dekho. What’s said by the critics and people around me gave me an impression about that movie was that it’s not worth anyone’s time to devote in such kind of movie and I was following the same rule taught to me “Not to question the authenticity”, unless and until one old friend of mine suggested that I should watch the movie and decide by myself instead of blindly following the word of mouth. Still I was not convinced because it’s easy to be with the majority then to take a stand. There are so many simple things in life we choose to ignore, so many rituals blindly followed that we didn’t even have the courage to question that! Why is that? Why are we th...
